Shipping Prices
All prices are calculate in weight of the product as per NZ Post (International shipping) and weight/size or the courier (NZ shipping).
Please note: All overseas orders over $250 will be charged $10.00 insurance fee on top of the total shipping charge. Orders under $200 have automatic insurance.
Importing honey or bee products to your country
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. This may include the amount (kg) of honey allowed at any one time.
Additionally, when ordering from our store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Restrictions we are aware of -
- Western Australia (WA) - no honey or bee products allowed into Western Australia (WA)
- EU countries - a limit of 2kg of honey at any one time. We can ship to more than one address if you order more; this needs to be supplied to us when ordering as a separate email.
- South Africa - no honey or bee products allowed into South Africa.
- French Polynesia - no honey or bee products allowed into French Polynesia
NB We reiterate, it is your responsibility to check with your governmental import rules.
Alcohol Sales
Anyone purchasing from this website absolutely warrants to The Honey Hive Ltd that they are 18 years of age or over. Any breach or failure of such warranty resulting in action against The Honey Hive Ltd shall be fully indemnified by the customer.
Electronic Payment
Electronic payments through this site are highly secure. Your credit card details are encrypted, so they cannot be read even in the unlikely event of the purchase details being intercepted.
Currencies
Conversion rates are taken daily from the US stock exchange. These rates are intended as an indication of conversion rate only, and may be billed at the rate current at the time of transaction.
